PROJECT MANAGEMENT

ZW provided Project Management Services for this 14-storey mixed-use building in downtown Ottawa.

The 360,000 square foot development included an office tower fronting onto Queen Street, underground parking, and a commercial/residential component facing Sparks Street that incorporated the heritage facades and replication of elements of the Hardy Arcade which extends between Sparks and Queen. The structure is reinforced concrete with exterior glazed wall panels. The building is a combination of office space with retail on two fronts. Historical facades on the Queen Street and Sparks Street sides were restored and incorporated into the new building facades.
