ZW was selected to provide full project management services for renovation of 77 Grenville Street property.

77 Grenville was a renovation and tenant improvement project. The objective was to upgrade and modernize the HVAC, Electrical System, Elevators and general appearance of the building as well as complete tenant fit-up for the Women’s College Hospital on Floors 1-4. As there were tenants in the building, it was necessary for the facility to remain in operation throughout all phases of the project.

The project was designed to a LEED Silver standard.
