Aberdeen Project Facilitators (a partnership of ZW Group Inc. and City Gate Corporation) managed the design and construction of this Class A mixed-use project in the downtown Ottawa neighbourhood of Preston Street.

This first class mixed use project served as the catalyst for the revitalization of Preston Street in downtown Ottawa. Full Project Management services were provided on all phases of the project, which included:

  • • 343 Preston Tower II – 11 storey class A office – 202 661 sq. ft. gross rentable
  • • 374 Preston Street – 14 story class A office and retail – 22 765 sq. ft. rentable retail 100 200 sq. ft. gross rentable office
  • • 17 Aberdeen Street – Adelaide Building – 158 unit luxury high rise rentals
  • • 311 000 sq. ft. underground parking
