ZW embraces the principles of sustainability in our business practices. Sustainability in design and construction practices reflects a balance of a project’s key features. A sustainable approach balances a project’s impact on the environment with its cost, functionality and serviceability. Sustainability is more than “green” design, which seeks to minimize the impact on the environment only, regardless of any other aspects of a project.

We have professional managers in ZW who are trained in Environmental Sciences, LEED and Green Building Design. Every project has a sustainability component and our clients know that their requirements for sustainability will be incorporated seamlessly into how we manage the project.
