When the National Capital Commission decided it was time to rejuvenate the downtown core and upgrade their existing property holdings to meet the standards of today’s Class A office space, they looked to the private sector for proposals which would offer them the best business solution.

The result was a turn-key, leaseback agreement providing the NCC with a new fourteen-storey office tower and four-storey underground parking facility, all contained within a site bordered by three buildings of Heritage designation which were completely restored and integrated into the development program. In order to meet the final delivery date, a fast-track design and construction approach was coordinated by the ZW Project Management Inc.
