ERA/ZW Health Sciences (a partnership between ZW Group and Elliott Realty advisors (ERA) was awarded the contract to provide full Project Management Services for their project.

Photos by Morgan HotstonThe Mars Phase II project is the final phase of an innovation and commercialization centre in Toronto’s discovery district being developed at the corner of University and College.The building includes underground parking, retail and several levels of office and associated research lab facilities. The new building will be integrated at the concourse and ground levels with the Phase I building facilities. The building envelope consists of curtain wall and glazing with some architectural pre-cast at the loading area.

Tenant Fit-Up

As Owner’s Project Management Representative, ZW were awarded the contract to provide full Project Management Services on Landlord and Tenant Fit-up work. Each tenant is bound by individual lease agreement dates, ZW’s team of Project Managers have implemented a program that meets the Lease Agreements, ensures that the Constructor’s roles are maintained for the multiple General Contractors that are working in the building and are meeting the overall Master Schedule and Budgets. Tenants include: Health, University, Research, Open and Collaborative spaces, and Retail Spaces.
