CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
ZW was Construction Manager for Newbridge Networks Corporation Kanata from 1986 until 2000 when Newbridge was aquired by Alcatel Lucent.
This corporate headquarters project developed from the original two-storey building constructed in 1988, and comprising of 40,000 sq. ft. of office and research and development space, to over 300,000 sq. ft. plus a 120 000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in 1997. All projects were completed on time and under budget.
