The OHH will be a new centre, bringing together several health and community service partner organizations that will respond to clients’ needs within an improved and comprehensive service delivery model(s) of care; one(s) that will be different from current models for ambulatory and community services.
The YOW Concourse for the LRT is currently in its final design, ZW has led the consultants through the design phases and is preparing the team for Tender and Construction. In addition to the Project Management Services for the Concourse, we are overseeing the TNEXT activities on the Airport property, coordinating on behalf of the Airport with the City and the TNEXT team through the LRT Trillium line Design and Construction which is currently ongoing until 2022.
ZW is working on two new mixed-use buildings; one located in Kingston, Ontario, and the other located in the Ottawa suburban neighbourhood Barrhaven. The Kingston project consists of one level of underground parking and a 5-storey residential building which will accommodate 99 units and has a planned completion for September 2020. ZW is involved in the first phase of the Barrhaven multi-phase project which will be a building consisting of a 15,000 sq. ft. main floor allocated for commercial use and the remaining floors will have approximately 256 residential units. The first phase consists of a 4-storey underground parking structure and a 17-storey concrete rental building.
