PROJECT MANAGEMENT

ZW provided Project Management services for the base building and the integration of all the tenant fit-up.

With a development program including over 600,000 sq. ft. of new office space, a four-level parking structure, and the reconfiguration of the existing roadways and on-grade parking facilities, the developer engaged the services of the ZW for the overall coordination of the design team´s and the contractor´s daily operations. Our goal was to ensure that the developer was able to integrate the tenant requirements into the facility on time and on budget.

This flagship project sought to consolidate the Canada Post Headquarters into one Class A facility and re-define Confederation Heights as a prominent address for business and residents alike.
