CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

ZW, acting as Construction Managers for Uniform Urban Developments, provided estimating, change management, schedule coordination, and site supervision services for this high end luxury condominium development in Ottawa’s east end neighbourhood of New Edinburgh.

The 27 unit, 64,000 square foot building includes an arcade of 13 stone columns joined by iron work with traditional red brick, copper panels, and fascia; reflecting familiar design elements found throughout Ottawa’s architectural heritage. Luxury units range from 900 to 1,700 square feet with 9 foot ceilings on three of the five floors, high end finishes of hard wood with acoustic membrane, and single edge granite.
