CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As Construction Manager for Charlesfort Development Corporation, ZW was responsible for the procurement, construction, and site management of the Continental Condominium Project in Westboro. The Continental is a 16-storey building with views across the Ottawa River. The design included significant green initiatives.

Special features and luxury finishes for this condominium project included: 9ft ceilings, hardwood & ceramic floors, granite counter tops, and a roof garden and terrace. Standard features for luxury condominium apartments, which have also been included in the Continental, are: heated parking, in-suite laundry, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, 5 Appliances and central air conditioning.
