CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The first of three such developments in Nepean, Robertson House was completed by ZW under a Design-Build contract for Caregard Developments Inc.

Robertson House offers a continuum of care and support, with 66 Independent Living suites, 22 Assisted Living suites, and 21 Memory Care suites on a secure floor.

The success of this project prompted the construction of a sister senior citizens residence in Nepean called Riverpark Place.
