CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

ZW provided full Construction Management services for Phase I of this project. The project is being built through phased delivery with overlapping between phases.

Qualicum Woods Crossing is a condominium and townhouse project in the West end of Ottawa. The project consists of 6 4-storey wood-frame units, which will house 80 residential condominiums each. The 6 buildings will border a central green space area and walkway, and underground concrete parking structures are also included in the project plan.

Construction of Phase I, which commenced in 2013, included a 90 parking space underground concrete structure which encompassed 37,000 sq. ft. Above the garage is a 4-storey wood framed structure housing 80 condominium units. This Phase was completed in April 2016 with a final turn-over in October 2016
