CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

ZW, in partnership with City Gate Corporation (APF), provided full project management and construction management services.

The Adelaide Apartments consists of an eight-storey apartment building with two levels of underground parking. The parking garage accommodates 85 vehicles on Level 2, 13 vehicles on Level 1, and 39 outdoor parking spaces, for a total of 137 spaces. The Adelaide Apartments total 158 spacious, up-scale apartments, consisting of 109 two-bedroom units, and 49 one-bedroom units. The Adelaide Apartments were successfully completed in December 2004.
