ZW provided full Construction Management services for all 3 Phases of this project. These services included procurement, schedule, budget, and change management.

Alta Vista Ridge is located in the East end of Ottawa, and is a condominium and townhouse project by Theberge Homes. The project was developed in three phases: Phase One consisted of 32 wood frame residential condominiums in two buildings.

Phase Two and Three consisted of a 30,000 sq. ft. below-grade parking garage with four 3 ½-storey condominiums constructed above, each containing 82 residential condominiums.
