PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Between 2000 and 2007, ZW assisted Carleton University in completing 17 separate new construction and renovation projects to expand and revitalize the campus. Many of the projects in this $250M program ran concurrently and on fast-tracked schedules. The Nesbitt Addition was part of this revitalization.

The Nesbitt Building Addition was a CFI funded project, and a 2nd floor addition to the ELBA Building. The small addition houses Graduate Student Spaces and Research Labs and connects to the NWRC Building to enable researchers easy access to their partners. ZW successfully completed this project leading the consultant team and General Contractor.
