CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Overlooking the Ottawa River, Commodore’s Quay is one of the West End’s premier luxury residences. The structure for this nineteen-storey condominium project was in place and abandoned for over a year prior to the ZW Project Management Inc.’s involvement.

Acting as the General Contractor, the ZW Project Management Inc. also managed the coordination between the owner, the consultants and each of the individual tenants to complete the project on time and on budget, all in a manner consistent with the high finished quality of the building.
